I couldn’t help it. I just had to. I bought an amazing real Fraser Fir today. And it is just gorgeous. And the smell, well, besides being totally awesome, I keep remembering the Griswold’s trudging through the knee-deep snow filled forest searching for their behemoth. Well, believe you me, I found my behemoth today. A 6′ 6″ beauty. They even gave me a beautiful wreath for the front door. Hey there, readers! Turkey Day is drawing near. I hope that even if you cannot think of something to be thankful for, which I HIGHLY DOUBT, you enjoy a blessed (if you’re into that kind of thing, like me – the Irish Catholic Ex-Military Bakingista Labrador Enthusiast Redheaded Female – HAHAHAHA) holiday. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.

I was at Marshall’s this afternoon and saw this little (scoff, scoff) goodie. Only $29.99 and it can be yours!!

I wonder how much frosting I could make with that guy. Or, better yet, what kind of a Smores I could make. Wow. Where would I find a graham cracker large enough? I need to call the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man to see if he can find me a large enough marshmallow.
