I found out the hard way, again, not to do business with friends.  I made a cake for a friend quite some time ago who still has yet to pay me for it.  Not half, not some, all of it.  The client did not pay a single penny. Days like today remind me how much I detest thieves. Someone stole my camera.  Not once, not twice, but three different times.  I’m beginning to lose my sense of humor regarding digi-cams.  (that’s an under statement!) I really would like to buy a new digi-cam but the paranoia of someone stealing it again has kept me from doing so for over a year.  If they weren’t so effing expensive, maybe I wouldn’t mind.  A couple hundred bux is still a wad of cash that could be better used somewhere else. BAH! And my Mother wonders why I wish the squeaky and wobbly carts on so many...
